About the Role
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Developer to help us expand our global reach. We need a proactive who loves the game industry and isn’t afraid to knock on doors. You will be the “face” of our studio, connecting with developers and publishers around the world to offer our artistic services.
Key Responsibilities

Prospecting & Outreach: Actively research and identify potential clients (Game Studios, Indie Developers, and Publishers) who need art production support.

Pipeline Management: Manage the entire sales cycle, from cold outreach (Email/LinkedIn) to scheduling introductory calls and presenting our portfolio.

Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term relationships with leads, understanding their production pipelines and matching our services to their needs.

Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends to identify new opportunities and upcoming game projects.
Requirements
- Advanced English Proficiency (Mandatory): You will lead daily negotiations with international clients. Your verbal and written communication must be professional, articulate, and persuasive to engage with Art Directors and Producers globally.
- Proactive Business Development: You possess a strong ability to identify and generate new business opportunities through active prospecting. We value autonomy and a strategic approach to expanding our client portfolio.
- Effective Communication & Influence: Demonstrated ability to build rapport with key decision-makers and clearly articulate HUUDA’s value proposition. You must be comfortable conducting professional video calls and crafting compelling written correspondence.
- Disciplined Pipeline Management: Commitment to rigorous CRM maintenance and timely follow-ups. You understand that organized data and consistent engagement are crucial for a healthy sales funnel.
Big Plus (Highly Desired)

Game Industry Knowledge: Experience working in the gaming market or a strong understanding of game development pipelines (e.g., knowing the difference between Concept Art, 3D Modeling, and Rigging) is a massive advantage.
